AYE....We Be in Search of Treasure

Sorry for the absence...school started this week...and to kick it off, I was put in charge (well in co charge..is that even a word?) of this weeks mutual activity...which has become a huge undertaking... I have been involved in making treasure maps, clues, decor, invites and everything else that comes with a pirate themed treasure hunt...but it is going to be FUN!

I will be posting pics of the ideas once they are in a fully completed state and provide you with our activity details so that you could, if you so wanted, to do your own!!

I need your input!

Personal progress interviews...does your young women's group hold them? If so what sort of questions do you ask and what do you do? I really wanna create a sheet or whatever you wanna call it that is productive that can be used to help with these kind of interviews. Any input would be wonderful....leave a comment ! Im looking forward to hearing from all of you!

Consecration and Sacrifice

I have lesson 28 from YW Manual 3 up and ready to go for all of you...there is a little more to this lesson because (like lesson#21) I am teaching it....yeah I am a little nervous about that too.

The first picture is an 8.5 x 11 sign with the Mosiah 2:34 scripture on it...instead of handing a card with it on it to the YW I decided that to enhance my teaching, I would use it as a center piece on the table during my lesson...so it will be framed (love the dollar store for cheap frames!).

The second is a copy of the handout (3 to a page) which I will cut out and laminate and attach to a Snickers Bar...(click HERE for reason why).
